Updates for Mac OX

,When I want to do Updates on my Mac OX I need my Administrator username and Password. This I do not know.
How can I find this Please.

To find out the Administrator username, launch System Preferences and select Account (under System). There is a list of accounts on the left-hand side. The one with Admin underneath is the Adminstrator. Just above the word Admin is the username.

You can not get the admin password but you can chaange it. Here are the instructions to change the admin password:
