There are times when we may wish to have access to information while on the move, and not necessarily within internet access. To solve this problem information may be saved as Portable Document Format (PDF) and stored on your mobile device to access while off- line. There are web plug-ins and apps that let you convert web pages and other documents to PDF.
However web sites are very useful in linking pages of information together so that you can organise several sources of information into a series on linked pages.
You can also do this with PDF files and you can create these links with most good Word Processing apps like LibreOffice.
