HowTo: Mac OS X PowerPC on Apple Silicon

Running Virtual Machines on your Mac is a way of allowing you both the run other current systems (eg Ubuntu 24, MS Windows 11, etc) but also older ones, including those for the Mac. This is great if you have old apps that only run on old versions of Mac OS X or macOS or simply for nostalgia.fgdfg

When I purchased my new Mac mini M4 Pro I found that some of the Virtual Machines no longer worked so I decided to see which Mac OS systems I could run. I have started with a PowerPC version and settled on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) as it was the last version to run natively.

I am using UTM as it is free, runs several operating systems (OS), and I have not done much with it before.
